Finance Manager

Business Services Manager
This officer is responsible for the overall sales and marketing, critical to this position is the ability to penetrate and obtain market share, predict market trend, be proactive and leverage on every twist and turn to achieve market supremacy, responsible to customer demand and satisfaction. Candidate for this position must possess BA/BSc Marketing or Business Administration with minimum of four years post graduation working experience, candidates must be computer literate. Store Keeper
This officer is responsible for the management of all stock, spares and machine accessories. This officer is expected to have a post graduation working experience of minimum of three years. The candidate must have a strong background in computer application and analysis, with a strong flair for details and organization. The qualification is HND/BSc in Purchasing and Supply or Accountancy

Maintenance Officer
These are persons responsible for the maintenance and repairs of all heavy-duty equipment. These persons must be mechanics specialized in the following type of machineries; CAT Excavator Machine, CAT Dozer Machine, CAT Wheel Loader Machine and other Heavy Duty CAT Machine. Also required for employment are mechanics for MAN Diesel Truck and Iveco Trucks. Qualifications are OND Electrical/Mechanical from recognized institution, with a minimum of three years practical experience, or WASCE/NECO/SSCE with good computer knowledge and working experience of minimum of five years


Heavy Duty Operator
These are persons required for the operation of the following types of heavy-duty machineries. CAT Excavator, CAT Dozer and Fork lift/Cranes. These persons must posses minimum of OND and a working experience of minimum of Five Years. Good inter personal and careful attitude is important


Drivers
These are persons required for the driving of heavy-duty trucks especially MAN Diesel and Iveco Trucks and smaller vehicles. These persons must have good customer relationship experience. They must be able to express themselves in English. Qualification required is OND with appropriate drivers license and minimum working experience of five years in driving.

Job Title: Accounting Assistant
The Accounting Assistant will be a member of the World Bank’s Resource Management team recruited locally.
The incumbent In this position works under the guidance of senior team members, on detailed issues, using accuracy and attention to details in order to meet the country office’s need for timely processing and reporting of day-to-day RM work program. Responsibilities 
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for
Financial Accounting: 
• Processes accurately and promptly all accounting transactions, including payroll, operating expenses, procurement, travel, consultant payments vendor payments, charge backs and other office running expenses. Processes transactions in the Asset Management module for office and residence inventories;
• Maintains accounts reconciled at any given point in firm: Regularly reviews the open item accounts and resolves any outtanding items; keeps relevant documents and invoices systematically to fully support the acconms;
• Performs bank account reconciliation and reviews cash now and replenishment needs.
• Interacts with clients both inside and outside the Bank, e.g., staff consultants, vendors, etc., to effect timely payments and resolve accounting related issues;
• Assists in planning and monitoring budget and expenses linked to country office work program;
• Provides references to Bank’s financial and administrative policies and procedures in administrative expense related subject areas;
Financial Accounting Reporting:
• Maintains consistency in the application of accounting rules and procedures, including safeguarding of cash and checks;

• processes the monthly phone bills and provides advice on reasonableness, including reconciliation.
• Reviews general ledger accounts regularly to ensure accurate postings;
• Monitors operating expenses and highlights potential issues;
• Reviews documentation for travel statements of expenses;
• Periodically reviews exception reports and takes remedial actions (such as missing time, SOE exceptions, above average consultant and vendor expenses, overtime, open purchase orders and commitments, excessive travel advances etc.);
• Ensures compliance with institutional and regional policies and guidelines;
• Generates a variety of standard and customized financial/accounting reports,;
• Reviews;, follows up and resolves issues noted in accounting scorecard and other quality assurance reports issued by Head Quarter Accounting Department;
• Follows up on audit COSO recommendations which relate to the accounting and Resource Management functions.
Qualification
Academic Training and Experience: A relevant degree (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics).
Minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant field (e.g Accounting or Finance) Preference will be given to candidates’ with 5 or more years of cognate experience.
